Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India. Orders are fulfilled by our international fulfilment partners, so your parcel may ship from outside India.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment.

Delivery time
Standard delivery is 10–20 business days after processing. Delays can happen during holidays, peak seasons or customs clearance.

Payments
We accept UPI and credit/debit cards (card payments are processed by Razorpay). UPI orders are confirmed after we verify your payment.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking may take a few days to show updates.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free across India.

Customs, duties and taxes
Any customs duties or taxes that apply to your order are handled by us and are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for extra payment on delivery.

Wrong address
Please check your address carefully. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you entered. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will investigate and either resend or refund your order.
